Sunde Slipover is a striped vest knitted top-down. First, the back section is knitted, and afterward, stitches are picked up on each side to create the shoulder and the neck shaping. Then the stitches from the front and back sections are gathered, and the body is knitted in the round in stockinette stitch on the same needle. The body is finished with rib on the edges. Finally, stitches are picked up to form a neckband. The neckband is knitted in rib and is folded double and knitted or sewn down. The slipover has a positive ease of approx. 6 – 8 cm.
