Iris Slipover (English)

Iris Slipover is a rib stitch vest with a V-neck and it is knitted top-down. The upper part of the back piece is knitted before stitches are picked up from each side to make the shoulder and neckline. Eventually, stitches from the front and back pieces are joined and the rest of the vest is knitted in the round on the same needles.

Iris Slipover has three suggested yarn options: 1) double thread wool/alpaca together with a single thread of silk mohair, 2) single thread wool together with a single thread of silk mohair, 3) single thread Dale Garn Merino 22. Choose one of the alternatives. The gauge is the same for all alternatives, however, swatch before starting your project to find the perfect needle size for you. The gauge is measured after washing or blocking.
